Our Story

Hi, I am Kimbralyn, the baker behind Knead for Sweets. My journey began in 2020 after tasting royal icing cookies at my nephew’s birthday party and thinking, “I want to learn how to make these!” That moment sparked my home bakery here in Lake Charles.

I pour my heart into every cookie, making each one with care and intention. My husband, the Beeman, supplies local raw honey you will taste in our honey cookies. Alongside baking, I am a wife and mom, with faith and family at the center of all I do.

My favorite treats to make are soft tea cake cookies, and I love creating clean, crisp logo cookies that leave a lasting impression.
